ABSTRACTRiccardo Monaco, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Rome, begins his course on the principles governing the structure and functioning of international organizations by presenting some introductory notes on the phenomenon of international organization. The author then examines the questions related to the structure of international organizations and the functioning of the organizations. Finally, he presents some concluding observations, inter alia, on the permanence and necessity of the exclusively legal conception of the law of international organizations.
Riccardo Monaco, doyen de la faculté de sciences politiques de l'Université de Rome, commence son cours sur les principes régissant la structure et le fonctionnement des organisations internationales par la présentation de quelques notions introductives sur le phénomène de l'organisation internationale. L'auteur étudie ensuite les questions relatives à la structure des organisations internationales, puis celles relatives au fonctionnement de ces organisations. Il présente enfin des observations conclusives, entre autres sur la permanence et la nécessité de la conception exclusivement juridique du droit des organisations internationales.
