ABSTRACTJohn Fischer Williams examines in this course the legal conditions under which contractual transfers of wealth occur, as well as the legal mechanism by which they are executed. The author presents in turn various legal questions concerning, in particular, the parties to international contracts for the transfer of wealth, the terms of the contracts, the agreements concluded between the United States and Europe, the agreements concluded between Great Britain and the United States, European States, Dawes plan and German reparations, exchange or guarantees.
John Fischer Williams examine dans ce cours les conditions juridiques dans lesquelles les transferts contractuels de richesses se produisent, ainsi que le mécanisme juridique par lequel on les exécute. Il présente ainsi tour à tour différentes questions juridiques concernant notamment les parties aux contrats internationaux pour le transfert de richesses, les conditions des contrats, les accords conclus entre les Etats-Unis et l'Europe, les accords conclus entre la Grande-Bretagne et les Etats européens, le plan Dawes et les réparations allemandes, le change ou les garanties.
