ABSTRACTN. Ouchakov points out in the introduction to his course that the Great October Socialist Revolution brought about a radical overhaul of the entire system of international relations and international law. This has resulted in the renaissance of the principle of non-intervention in international law on a new basis. The author successively presents the formation of the principle of non-intervention in contemporary international Law, the principle of non-intervention and the national jurisdiction of a state according to the Charter of the United Nations, and the affirmation and development of the principle of non-intervention in international acts after the formation of the United Nations.

Ouchakov fait remarquer en introduction de son cours que la Grande Révolution socialiste d'Octobre a amené une refonte radicale de tout le système des rapports internationaux et du droit international. Ceci a eu pour résultat la renaissance sur une nouvelle base du principe de non-intervention dans le droit international. L'auteur présente successivement la formation du principe de non-intervention dans le droit international contemporain, le principe de non-intervention et la compétence nationale d'un Etat d'après la Charte des Nations Unies, et l'affirmation et le développement du principe de non-intervention dans les actes internationaux après la création de l'ONU.
