ABSTRACTJ. Blociszewski points out in the introduction to his course that the Danube is, after the Volga, the longest river in Europe. The author examines the international legal regime. After the presentation of general concepts, the author presents the Danube regime as it has emerged from the end of the 18th century to the Crimean War. The author focuses on the Treaty of Paris of 30 March 1856 and its execution, and then the Treaty of Berlin of 13 July 1878. The author also discusses the impact of the First World War on the Danube and its regime, and finally presents the regime of the river as it emerged in 1926.

J. Blociszewski relève en introduction de son cours que le Danube est, après la Volga, le fleuve le plus long d'Europe. L'auteur en étudie le régime juridique international. Après la présentation de notions générales, l'auteur présente le régime du Danube tel qu'il apparaît de la fin du XVIIIe siècle à la guerre de Crimée. Il s'intéresse ensuite au Traité de Paris du 30 mars 1856 et à son exécution, puis au Traité de Berlin du 13 juillet 1878. L'auteur expose également l'impact de la 1ère guerre mondiale sur le Danube et son régime, et présente enfin le régime de ce fleuve tel qu'il apparaît en 1926.
