ABSTRACTMohammed Bedjaoui, Ambassador of Algeria in France, proposes in his course to assess the influence on the law and international relations of a growing category of States who claim to be non-aligned, who has an increased influence on World Affairs, and who challenge the rest of the world. The author thus presents two chapters entitled Interpellation and Participation, respectively.
Mohammed Bedjaoui, ambassadeur d'Algérie en France, se propose dans son cours d'évaluer l'influence sur le droit et les relations internationales d'une catégorie de plus en plus importante d'Etats qui se réclament du non-alignement et dont le poids de cesse de grandir dans les affaires mondiales, et qui interpellent le reste du monde. L'auteur présente ainsi deux chapitres respectivement intitulés Interpellation et Participation.
