ABSTRACTYvon Loussouarn states in the introduction to his course that the human spirit is thus to feel an irresistible attraction to controversial problems. That is why the author insists mainly on the discussion of three statements that have been made by certain authors, namely the decline of conflictualism, the rise of impressionism, and the rebirth of unilateralism.
