ABSTRACTLeo Strisower begins his course with a presentation of the concept of extraterritoriality. The author then focuses on the extraterritoriality of diplomatic agents and their retinue: on general principles, on immunities included in extraterritoriality, and on family and retinue of the diplomatic agent. The author also examines the extraterritoriality of heads of State, followed by an extraterritoriality of armed forces (foreign troops and military ships).
