ABSTRACTThe course developed by J.A. Pastor Ridruejo is a course on private international law. It is based on the problems posed by bankruptcies having one or several foreign elements. After a study of bankruptcy in comparative law, the author studies the judicial competence, and then the legislative competence related to private international law of bankruptcy.
