ABSTRACTIn this short presentation, O.V. Bogdanov exposes the problems of disarmament and prohibition of war in the Covenant of the League of Nations. He then focuses on disarmament addressed in the Charter of the United Nations and on disarmament addressed in the post-war international practice. He later studies the principle of disarmament in international law, exposes the problem of weapons of mass destruction, the issue of complete or partial disarmament, and the manner in which the science of international law addresses the issue of disarmament.
Dans ce court exposé, O.V. Bogdanov expose les problèmes du désarmement et du bannissement de la guerre dans le Protocole de la Société des Nations. Il s'intéresse ensuite au désarmement tel qu'il est abordé dans la Charte des Nations Unies et dans la pratique internationale de l'après-guerre. Il étudie ensuite le principe du désarmement en droit international, expose le problème des armes de destruction massive, la question du désarmement complet ou partiel, et la manière dont la science du droit international aborde la question du désarmement.
