ABSTRACTNatko Katicic writes in the introduction to his course that starting from abstraction for achieving the substance or studying the substance for subjecting the substance to a general system is a reverse operation, but which leads to the same study and same recognition. The author studies in this course the Private International Law of Yugoslavia in the Specialty of Family Relations (constitutional principles and rules, marriage, and relationship of parents and children) and in the Field of Succession (general points, choice of law rules, and substantive provisions) through his successive examination.
