ABSTRACTIn this course devoted to the conflict of laws in international transport law, O.N. Sadikov deals with the problems of conflict in international transport law as an integral part of private international law. He also focuses on certain specific transport issues, in particular the transport contract. The author successively attempts on the problems of conflicts in land transport, maritime transport, air transport, and multimodal transport.

Dans ce cours consacré aux conflits de lois en droit du transport international, O.N. Sadikov entend traiter les problèmes de conflits en droit international des transports en tant que partie intégrante du droit international privé. Il entend également se concentrer sur certaines questions spécifiques en matière de transport, et notamment le contrat de transport. L'auteur s'intéresse ainsi successivement aux problèmes de conflits en matière de transport terrestre, de transport maritime, de transport aérien, et de transport multimodal.
