ABSTRACTGiuseppe Sperduti, Professor at the University of Rome, begins his course on the principle of sovereignty and the relations between international laws and national laws by studying the doctrinal dispute between dualism and monism. He then examines the order of execution of treaties, and the relations between community law and internal legal order. He later focuses on the State of law and the principle of sovereignty, and presents the problem of relations between international law and national law.

Il s'intéresse ensuite à l'Etat de droit et au principe de souveraineté, puis présente le problème des rapports entre le droit international et le droit interne.
