ABSTRACTJerzy Jodlowski, Honorary Professor of the University of Warsaw, examines in his course all the matters, which are contained in the conventions between the (European) Socialist States and the Western States, having as the objective: applicable law; international jurisdiction; civil procedure and mutual legal assistance in the strict sense; recognition and enforcement of judicial decisions in civil, family, and commercial matters.
L'intention de Jerzy Jodlowski, professeur honoraire de l'Université de Varsovie, est d'examiner dans le cadre de son cours l'ensemble de matières qui sont contenues dans les conventions entre les Etats socialistes (européens) et les Etats occidentaux ayant comme objet : la loi applicable ; la compétence internationale ; la procédure civile et l'entraide judiciaire au sens strict ; la reconnaissance et l'exécution des décisions judiciaires en matière civile, familiale et commerciale.
