ABSTRACTSergei Lebedev, Professor at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations, devotes his course to international commercial arbitration in the socialist member countries of the CMEA. The author successively studies the characteristic trends in the evolution of international commercial arbitration, the normative foundations of international commercial arbitration in the CMEA-member States, the CMEA and arbitration, the procedures before the arbitration authorities of the CMEA-member States, arbitral awards, foreign arbitral awards, and international cooperation of arbitration centers.

Sergei Lebedev, professeur à l'Institut des relations internationales de Moscou, consacre son cours à l'arbitrage commercial international dans les pays socialistes membres du CAEM. L'auteur étudie successivement les tendances caractéristiques de l'évolution de l'arbitrage commercial international, les fondements normatifs de l'arbitrage commercial international dans les Etats membres du CAEM, le CAEM et l'arbitrage, les procédures devant les instances arbitrales des Etats membres du CAEM, les sentences arbitrales, les sentences arbitrales étrangères, et la coopération internationale des centres d'arbitrage.
