ABSTRACTAntonio Boggiano, Professor at the School of Law of the University of Buenos Aires, devotes his course to standard contracts in international law. Standard contracts are developed by individual enterprises, groups of enterprises within the same sector, or by international organizations. The author examines the formation of these contracts, their substantive validity, the question of their interpretation, the effect of these contracts, and then proceeds to a functional comparison of the standard contracts.

Les contrats standards sont élaborés par des entreprises individuelles, des groupes d'entreprises d'un même secteur, ou par des organisations internationales. L'auteur étudie tour à tour la formation de ces contrats, leur validité matérielle, la question de leur interprétation, l'effet de ces contrats, et procède ensuite à une comparaison fonctionnelle de ces contrats standards.
