ABSTRACTAndrea Giardina’s course is divided in order to highlight the evolution of international and national practice in the implementation of international judgments and decisions. After a preliminary examination of conventional solutions and international attempts in the concerned field, the author focuses on the practice of the automatic implementation of international judgments and decisions in state orders. He focuses on the problems of the implementation of judgments and decisions from the point of view of international law and from the point of view of state orders.
Le cours d'Andrea Giardina est réparti de façon à mettre en évidence l'évolution de la pratique internationale et nationale en matière de mise en œuvre des arrêts et décisions internationaux. Après un examen préalable des solutions classiques et des tentatives internationales dans le domaine concerné, l'auteur porte son attention sur la pratique de la mise en œuvre automatique de décisions et arrêts internationaux dans les ordres étatiques. Il s'intéresse ensuite aux problèmes de la mise en œuvre d'arrêts et de décisions du point de vue du droit international, puis du point de vue des ordres étatiques.
