ABSTRACTW. Riphagen, Professor Emeritus of the Erasmus University of Rotterdam, proposes in this course to build up a scientific modelization of the techniques applied in international law. The following topics are dealt with successively: modelization of techniques; similar problems and solutions within domestic law; interpenetration of international law and domestic law; the branches of ius inter potestates (IPP); IIP codification; the branches of the law of conflict of laws; the braches of the regulation of international movement; interpenetration revisited.
