ABSTRACTThe General course on Public International Law by Benedetto Conforti, Professor at the University of Naples, is based on the idea that international law is no longer, or no longer only, a matter for diplomats and that it must be administered, like any other branch of law, by all legal operators, i.e. all those who exercise public functions within the State and who, at any level, are intended to enforce the law. Professor Conforti focused on international law and internal legal operators, production of international law, content of international law, and violation of international law and its consequences.

Le cours général de droit international public de Benedetto Conforti, professeur à l'Université de Naples, se base sur l'idée que le droit international n'est plus, ou n'est plus seulement, une affaire pour diplomates et qu'il doit être administré, comme toute autre branche du droit, par tous les opérateurs juridiques, c'est-à-dire tous ceux qui exercent des fonctions publiques à l'intérieur de l’État et qui, à tout niveau, sont destinés à faire respecter le droit. Le Professeur Conforti s'intéresse ainsi tour à tour au droit international et aux opérateurs juridiques internes, à la production du droit international, au contenu du droit international, et à la violation du droit international et à ses conséquences.
