ABSTRACTThe course of Lev Orlov, Professor at the Moscow School of Business Administration, is devoted to Soviet joint enterprises with capitalist firms and other joint ventures between East and West. The professor approaches this issue from the point of view of the law of the USSR. He successively considers the main issues related to joint ventures, including the legal sources, the legal status of the joint ventures, their objectives and authorized activities, the parties to the joint venture, the procedure for the establishment and registration of the joint venture, and the main elements related to the management of such ventures.
Le cours de Lev Orlov, professeur à la Haute école de gestion commerciale de Moscou, est consacré aux entreprises communes soviétiques avec des entreprises capitalistes et aux autres entreprises communes entre Est et Ouest. Le Professeur aborde cette question du point de vue du droit de l'URSS. Il étudie successivement les principales questions relatives aux entreprises communes, et notamment les sources juridiques, le statut juridique de ces entreprises, leurs objectifs et les activités autorisées, les parties à l'entreprise commune, la procédure d'établissement et d'enregistrement de l'entreprise commune, ainsi que les principaux éléments liés à la gestion de ces entreprises.
