ABSTRACTGilbert Guillaume, judge at the International Court of Justice, devotes his course to relations between terrorism and international law. After a first part devoted to the general aspects of the issue (definition of terrorism, and development of terrorism and reaction of the international community to the development), Judge Guillaume focuses on the relations between terrorism and international criminal law (offence, criminal procedure, jurisdiction, rule aut dedere, aut judicare) and between terrorism and general international law (terrorism and the law of armed conflict, terrorism and the law of responsibility, and terrorism, counter-measures, and armed actions).

Gilbert Guillaume, juge à la Cour internationale de justice, consacre son cours aux rapports entre terrorisme et droit international. Après une première partie consacrée aux aspects généraux de la question (définition du terrorisme, et développement du terrorisme et réaction de la communauté internationale face à ce développement), le juge Guillaume s'intéresse aux rapports entre terrorisme et droit pénal international (l'infraction, la procédure pénale, les compétences juridictionnelles, la règle aut dedere, aut judicare) et entre terrorisme et droit international général (terrorisme et droit des conflits armés, terrorisme et droit de la responsabilité, et terrorisme, contre-mesures et actions armées).
